MIDDAY MARKET UPDATE:
Block cheese price fell 1.5 cents to $1.54 with one single load traded. Cheese barrels remained unchanged with no loads traded and no bids or offers remaining, closing at 1.6425. The dry whey price was 3 cents higher, closing at 78 cents with one load traded. There were two bids and one offer left at the close. Class III futures are 1 to 2 cents lower. The butter price is 2.25 cents higher, closing at $1.5750 with four loads traded. There were two bids and five offers unfulfilled at the close. Grade A nonfat dry milk was up 1 cent at $1.1825 with a whopping 11 loads traded. Class IV futures are 18 to 50 cents higher. Butter futures are 3.975 cents to 5.125 cents higher. Dry whey futures are 0.3 cents higher. Cheese futures are 0.1 cent to 0.5 cents higher.
