Class III futures were lower prior to spot trading but have since moved to mixed prices with most contracts in positive territory as traders remain optimistic. Contracts range from 8 cents lower to 10 cents higher. Dry whey price remained unchanged at 60 cents with no loads traded. Butter price jumped 6 cents closing at $1.82 with 5 loads traded. Grade A nonfat dry milk pride increased 3 cents ending at $1.4850 with 2 loads traded. This pushed Class IV futures higher with contracts up 10 cents to 38 cents. Butter futures are 0.37 cent to 3.00 cents higher. Dry whey futures are 0.42 cent lower to 0.15 cent higher.
