The strength of cheese pushed September Class III futures the 75-cent daily limit up at one point but have not been able to hold that level. Futures are currently 3 cents lower to 68 cents higher. The only contract posting a loss is February. Butter price was unchanged at $1.67 with no loads traded. Grade A nonfat dry milk price increased 0.75 cent, closing at $1.27, with one load traded. Dry whey price slipped 0.25 cent, closing at 51.75, with one load traded. Class IV futures are unchanged to 4 cents lower. Butter futures are 0.80 cent to 1.62 cents higher. Dry whey futures are steady to 0.60 cent higher.
