Block cheese price declined 5.75 cents closing at $1.57 with 4 loads trading Barrel cheese price remained unchanged at $1.50 with 6 loads traded. There is concern that the closest bid for 2 loads was posted for barrels down at $1.40. Many times, this indicates where the market might go as there are no interested buyers in between. Business was done Wednesday, but at a steady price. The weakness of blocks could put pressure on barrels. Butter price slipped 0.75 cent ending at $1.28 with one load traded. Grade A nonfat dry milk price declined a penny to $1.12 with 6 loads traded. Dry whey price remained unchanged at 54 cents with no loads traded.
