There was an uncovered offer for a load of blocks and two unfilled bids in barrels possibly indicating a mixed market on Monday unless the buyers and sellers can do business outside of the spot market between now and then. The divergence left the market somewhat steady at where it had been trading prior to spot trading. Closer months are lower with later months mixed. Futures range from 20 cents lower to one cent higher. Butter price increased 0.25 cent closing at $1.4550 with 15 loads traded. Business still needed to be done, but buyers and sellers could not agree on a price. There were 4 unfilled bids and one uncovered offer remaining at the close. Grade A nonfat dry milk price slipped 0.25 cent closing at $1.15 with no loads traded. Dry whey price also slipped 0.25 cent closing at 45.50 cents with no loads traded. Class IV futures are unchanged to 20 cents lower. Butter futures are 0.50 cent to 3.00 cents lower. Dry whey futures are 0.75 cent lower to 0.15 cent higher.
