Class III milk futures climbed 25 to 33 cents today, while non-fat dry milk climbed 1 to 1.4 cents higher. Very little action in the cash market to give us much more direction but with the volatility given from the trade talks, it is not unexpected to see buyers and sellers want to sit on the sidelines until more information is available.

Cheese futures climbed 1.8 to 2.5 cents today after the cash market saw modest gains of 1.5 cents to 3.375 cents higher in cheese barrels and blocks.
BUTTER:Butter futures increased 0.4 cents to 1.025 cents higher today with the cash market having no trades or price changes. Cream supplies are plentiful with record butterfat components in milk so butter should be readily available.
OUTSIDE MARKETS SUMMARY:March corn closed 5.75 cents per bushel higher at $4.9450, March soybeans closed up 16.75 cents at $10.75 and March soybean meal closed up $1.03 per ton at $31.40. March Chicago wheat closed up 10.25 cents at $5.77. April live cattle closed down $1.50 at $198.65. March crude oil is 56 cents lower per barrel at $72.64. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 134 points at 44,556 with the NASDAQ up 262 points at 19,654.
