Block cheese increased 1.50 cents, closing at $1.4950 with three loads traded. Barrel cheese price increased 1.50 cents with no loads traded. There were three unfilled bids in blocks and one uncovered offer with four unfilled bids for barrels. Dry whey increased 0.25 cent, closing at 25 cents with no loads traded. Class III futures are mixed from 11 cents lower to 14 cents higher on relatively light trading activity. Butter price increased a penny, closing at $2.56 with 20 loads traded. Price did move to $2.5675, but selling moved it off the high. There were three unfilled bids and three uncovered offers remaining at the close. Grade A nonfat dry milk price increased a penny to $1.1150 with no loads traded. Class IV futures are 28 cents higher in August, which is the only contract traded. Butter futures are 0.50 cent lower to 1.25 cents higher. Dry whey futures are 0.30 cent lower to 1.22 cents higher.
