Block cheese price increased a penny to $1.72 with no loads traded. There was an unfilled bid remaining at the closing price. Barrel cheese price increased 1.50 cents, closing at $1.3950 with three loads traded. There was an uncovered offer remaining above the market. Price initially increased to $1.4025 before selling took it off the high into the conditional extended trading period. This strength took Class III futures off their lows, but they still mostly remain in negative territory. Futures are 13 cents lower to 2 cents higher with only December posting the gain. Butter price increased 3 cents, closing at $1.7950 with one load traded. Grade A nonfat dry milk declined 0.75 cent, closing at $1.3250 with seven loads traded. Dry whey price remained unchanged at 48.50 with no loads traded. Class IV futures are 1 to 4 cents higher. Butter futures are 0.30 cent lower to 1.75 cents higher. Dry whey futures are 0.25 to 0.85 cent higher.
